Songfest New England Thursday September 23, 2010 94 Randall Avenue Houlton, ME 04730 (US)
Coming to the stage at the John A. Millar Civic Center, is “Ernie Haase and Signature Sound” from Indianapolis, Indiana. Combining 21st century ideas with the timeless quality of great quartets from the 1950’s, Ernie Haase and Signature Sound have transparently obliterated the traditional mould of gospel quartets. With their unconventional approach to communicating the Good News with ground-breaking originality, EHSS have blazed a trail that will go down in gospel music history as no other group before them.
Inspired by their heroes, loved by their audiences and blessed beyond their wildest dreams; the group is deeply planted in the rich legacy of music that is both thoroughly entertaining and meaningful. That passion, along with an intensely strong work ethic, has launched them to the forefront of southern gospel music. Plan now to be part of a gospel concert long to be remembered. Miracles, Faith and Fishermen Fishermen Andrew and Peter get more than they bargain for when they cast their nets into the sea one more time. The Feeding of the Five Thousand, Walking on Water, The Last Supper - these two simple brothers become unlikely witnesses to scenes from the greatest story every told.
This fish-eyed view of the gospel story ranges from hilarious and outrageous to reverent and poignant. It is a very human, comedic and ultimately profound tale of two ordinary men and their walk alongside Jesus.
September 30th - Waterloo October 1st - London October 3rd - Guelph
Start Time 7:00 pm
Opening Canadian artist: Adam McGill Playing: New Hope London & Waterloo Pentecostal Assembly.
Back by popular demand, Building 429 is back in Canada, this time touring in South Western Ontario, dates include Waterloo, London, and Guelph.
Every building block leading up to who Building 429 is today has prepared them for such a time as this. The many valleys and mountaintops they’ve faced together have molded them-breaking them, making them, and priming them for what looks to be their most rewarding period yet.
In a way, Building 429 acts as a culmination and a beginning for the trio, a stepping stone in a faith journey through the highs and lows of life on the road and the busyness of music, to a place of solace and contentment in who God wants them to be.
Reserve ticket through the church venue, local Christian Retailers, or online.

The Blessings Tour November 5th-7th, 2010 Featuring: Barb Prosser Winder
With Special Guests: Jeff & Sheri Easter and Fiddling Sensation: Kathleen Gorey-McSorley
Barb grew up in a tiny rural community in central western New Brunswick, only 12 kilometers from the Longest Covered Bridge in the world. Her grandmother was perhaps one of the biggest and earliest music influences, with Barb learning to sing “Jesus Loves Me” (at age 2) standing beside the old pump organ in her grandparents farmhouse “parlor”. Barb went on to sing in music festivals during her school years, participating in the high school glee club. She learned to play guitar at the age of 15 when her parents gave her a “starter model” from the Sears Catalogue.
