Wendy Laurier is a Canadian vocalist living in Barrie, Ontario CANADA. “Music with Meaning” is her catchphrase that describes her deep affection for music with depth. Her vocals have been described as powerful, sultry, smooth, clean and clear. She is often referred to as having “the voice of angel”. Yet Wendy also enjoys utilizing her powerful vocals in singing heavier hard rock music.
Her early musical influences include: Linda Ronstadt, Carole King, Karen Carpenter, Carly Simon, Roberta Flack, Sarah McLachlan, Barbra Streisand, Adele, Heart, Fleetwood Mac, and many others.
