Wheel Chair Seats are reserved specifically for customers who require special seating. Anyone reserving AODA seating, or the accompaniment seats without a wheel chair will be removed from the venue without refund.

Oxford Renaissance Festival Vendor Booth Payment Information
Please note that all vendors must carry their own 2 million liability insurance.
Vendors – in order to pay for your booth, please note the following.
1. You must have submitted an application form and pictures to vendors@renfest.ca and received a confirmation email that you have been accepted.
2. You must carry your own $2 million liability insurance, and supply proof of it as requested. If these terms are not met, please do not proceed with payment. When you do submit your payment, you will be able to choose your vendor spot on a map. Please note that a little bit of shuffling may occur to ensure variety – we would prefer not to have all vendors selling the same product in close proximity. Any major changes will be discussed with you. To assist with this, we will be updating a version of the map on our website with confirmed paid vendors so that you can plan accordingly.
